The PERFECT party for me!!!

Melissa from The inspired Room ( one of my new fave blogs ) is hosting a Procrastinators Party and if you know me at all, well you know how this is perfect for me! I love to start a project and leave it half finished, ok so I don't love it but it's one of my many faults. Something I am trying to work on, so this is a perfect kick in the pants for me. I have a few things I am going to commit to doing for this. Wish Me Luck!

This is an Old sewing table I purchased off of Craigslist for 10.00 that I want to paint black and use as a sofa table as it is the perfect height.

Now for my next this is an old cabinet my mom made and gave to me, it used to be white and I STARTED painting it a couple of years back and well as you can see never finished, and this is how the sad little piece sits in my house, I know, Right? I didn't even take the hardware off when I started painting! I am so terrible, I know...But now, It WILL get done!

Next up is yet another sad piece, I purchased this for 1.00 at a little junk store and never painted it or did anything with it, however there was a candle sitting on it and well you can see how well that worked out. So I am going to remove the wax with my handy dany wax remover, and sand and paint this and I am thinking I will nail a board to the top and turn it into a plant stand or something. We shall see!
