I didn't get to any garage sales or Goodwill this week, shocking I know, I am needing my fix, hehe. Anywho here are a few goodies I found a couple of weeks ago and didn't get posted.
Another jewelry box in need of some TLC. I love this ones little drawers, the knobs, and the little doors are so cute. She will be soooo pretty when I'm done! To I think a great idea for these, like the last one I redid here is buying an old cheapy one and using the drawers on it, I love little drawers displayed here and there and painted and fixed up they can be so cute displayed around.
A cute little hooky...It's very heavy.
This little cabinet thing mabob here is ugly now, but it's so cool. I can see some pretty paper in the frame parts, painted black or white and distressed, and the doors open and you see this....
A cool little drawer rolls out and you can store cds or something. I love it and I believe it was only $2 at Goodwill. I love little cubbies, cabinets, drawers, and baskets of all kinds.
My favorite one which I cannot believe I am just now sharing is this pretty clock. She was a couple of dollars and I love love love it! I have always wanted a little clock like this with the hangy loopy thing on it. I am going to paint her white and distress her and hang her somewhere. Love it!
This basket was so not very photogenic, but I love it. It was a bit more pricey at $6 but it's huge and in great shape. It's got the little cutout in the front and I thought it would be perfect with a little cushion in it for the for the kitty cat as she is OBSESSED with laying in little boxes or whatever little nook she can find to curl up in. However once I get this all cozied up for her she won't touch it. That's how it goes.
This is an end table I got last week but we hadn't picked it up yet. This was $4, nice and solid, just needs some paint.
This is another from last week. I don't have a clue what I am going to do with this but I love it! I have already painted it white, just need to figure out what to fill it with.

I'm loving the last item--I can think of all sorts items to store in it: rolls of ribbons, rolls of fabric, wine bottles, etc.

Nice finds! I have done that many times - bought something and had no clue what I would do with. I usually eventually find a use or a daughter carries it out the door. :)

I'm with everyone else, absolutely drooling over that clock! I love clocks, but am horrible about replacing the batteries, so they unfortunately rarely tell the correct time. Who cares as long as they're cute, right?

Wow! Great stuff! That cabinet has loads of potential. And I was thinking the same thing about the pet bed...because you want the cat to sleep there, she probably won't. LOL. (I understand...I have a cat too.) :)
